is your DNS info?
Unix DNS information
In order to have your web site viewed on our server you need to
have the DNS pointed to our server through the company you registered
your domain with.
The Email that you receive from Host Relief will contain all the
DNS information that you will need.
We use several different DNS servers that are tailored for use
for different customers. Therefore we cannot publish that information
here. However if you need this infomation again because you have
lost it, Email Us
and we will reply with this.

Control Panels
There are 2 different types of control panels on this service.
1. A personal user control panel (CPanel)
2. Domain control Panel
The personal control
panel allows users with accounts on the server can access and modify
their personal profile information (e.g., password, automatic email
response, email forwarding) through the URL http://www.yourdomain/cpanel
The Domain control
panel is used for those who have registered their domain through
us. You may access your domain account and all your various domain
features by clicking on the login button Here.

Managing Your Personal Profile
You manage your directory using any standard browser. Access your
directory by typing the URL http://www.yourdomain.com/cpanel into
your browser. You must enter your user name and password.
Under Account Management you may modify your contact
email information and your account password.
Under Email Management you may setup your POP
Email accounts, Email Forwarders, Auto Responders, etc.

you help me with FTP?
FTP
Using an FTP program
such as WSFTP LE 5.0 which can be downloaded at http://www.wsftp.com.
You can use any other FTP program as well, or File Management tools
included in web design software such as Macromedia Dreamweaver,
Microsoft Frontpage, etc.
To FTP into the server you can use either the IP address
or your domain address as the server.
IP address is given to you via email upon sign up.
Or use ftp.yourdomain.com
Log in with your user name and password that was sent
to you in account set-up.
When you have connected to your FTP account, upload your web site
pages to the directory/folder called "www". This folder
is world viewable.

The path to date: /usr/bin/date
The path to perl: /usr/bin/perl
The path to sendmail: /usr/sbin/sendmail
The path to your site: /home/sites/www.yourdomain/web
